What I love most is that Aaron will call it like it is – but with compassion. That’s exactly what I needed when I started to work with him. When I was navigating a career transition, he helped me find clarity in my goals, start from my why, and build confidence to make the move I thought was not “realistic”. He asks thoughtful questions that got me unstuck, and spotted patterns I didn’t realize (or didn’t want to admit 😅) were holding me back. But more importantly, once he did, he co-created a game plan and was great at holding me accountable and moving forward.
