Aaron was so helpful in helping formulate thoughts on where I could take my diverse skill sets in future settings. He guided me through some exercises and questions that helped open me up to recognizing my values in work spaces outside of my own. He was able to understand the worth of an artist’s background and discuss where my work skills could translate elsewhere, which I appreciated. Career redirections as an adult are very different from the first time out as a young adult, there are more elements to consider and more awareness of potential blockades. Aaron was helpful in me recognizing paths that made sense from where I came from and what I wanted to move towards.
