Where You’ve Seen Me

  • “Aaron is a creative thinker that knows how to blend practicality with impact.

    - Reed Hastings, Co-CEO, Netflix

  • “Aaron’s work with us as a board member at UNICEF USA follows other commitments he has made to make the world a better place. I was touched by his engagement with children in an orphanage in Indonesia, impressed by the way he championed the work of Black-owned banks in the American South, and inspired by his work alongside diverse communities in South America. He sees things others don’t, connects the right people and mobilizes them to deliver results.”

    - Michael Nyenhuis, President & CEO, UNICEF USA

  • I cannot overstate the positive, disruptive and transformational impact – both in corporate America, and in opportunity-starved communities, of Aaron Mitchell’s leadership during the past several years.

Thanks in large part to Aaron’s visionary leadership, billions in subsequent private and public investments have ensued, and today Black and brown-owned financial institutions are capitalized at historic levels, and their role as an essential partner in furthering ESG and Diversity & Inclusion goals is acknowledged in corporate boardrooms across the nation.

    - Bill Bynum, CEO, HOPE Credit Union
